What time is check-in?
El check-in comienza a las 2:30 p.m. Pero no te preocupes, si planeas llegar antes puedes guardar tu equipaje y disfrutar de tu día.
Is reception 24h?
Yes, we have 24h reception to help you with everything you may need.
What time is check-out?
Our check-out is until 11h30pm, but in case you need you can store your bags at our luggage room.
Are towels included?
We have towels available to all our clients, just need to ask for it at the reception and return it at the check-out.
What time is breakfast? Is it included?
For breakfast you can choose from 4 different breakfast options: Spanish, Healthy, English or Bagel. All options cost €5, and also include coffee, tea or orange juice.
Can I cook? Is there a kitchen?
Yes, we have a full equipped kitchen with all the utensils you may need to prep your meals from 7am until 00am
Can I use a fridge?
We have 3 fridges in our kitchen that are available to all our guests. Just remember to label your food with the check out date as we clean them periodically and anything that is not labeled will be thrown away or moved to the “free food” cupboard.
Do you have a luggage room? How much does it cost?
We have a luggage room for free for our clients and it is available 24h.
Can I work at the hostel?
Yes, we have very fast wifi all over the building so you can work everywhere, depending on your preferences.
Are there events at the hostel?
We organise free walking tours every morning, Pub Crawls 5 nights a week, dinners, bbq, and also flamenco classes
Is there curfew?
No! You can access the building 24/7 with your key card.
Is there a bar?
Yes! Our bar is open everyday from 8am until 11pm and you can get your drinks there
What time is happy hour?
Everyday from 6pm until 7pm you can enjoy happy hour at our bar
Is there wifi?
Yes, we have wifi all over the building.
Can I bring friends that are not staying at the hostel?
From 9am until midnight you can have your friends over, but you need to inform reception and your friends can only be in the common areas.
Is the pool open all day?
Our pool is open everyday from 9am until midnight everyday (except if there’s bad weather, in that case we close the pool)
Is the pool open all year round?
Unfortunately no. Our pool is open from March until November
Is there a laundry service?
We don’t have laundry service at the hostel but you can do laundry at our sister hostel, Joy Setas.
Can those under 18 stay at the hostel?
We accept clients over 16 years, but if you’re still a minor you need to have an adult with you
Is there a maximum stay?
You can stay for a maximum of 15 days.
What is the age limit to stay at the hostel?
Unfortunately, if you’re older than 80 years you can’t stay at the hostel
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, we have!
Can I bring my own drinks to the terrace?
No, while the bar is open you can only have drinks from the bar, you can have your own things on the first floor.
How many bathrooms are there per room?
Each room has 1 bathroom that is exclusive for the room. Besides that, there’s extra shared bathrooms throughout the building.
Is reception 24h?
Our in person reception is open from 8h until 20h, the rest of the there’s always someone to help you remotely.

We have a washer and a drier at the hostel that you can use.
Can those under 18 stay at the hostel?
Yes, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot share a room with other people. Children between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Which amenities can I find in the room?
All rooms have hand soap included. If you need a towel, just ask at reception.
Can I bring my own drinks to the terrace?
While the bar is open you can only have drinks from the bar, if the bar is close, you can have your own drinks.
